I have reset my clockface twice charged my fitbit to 100 and restarted by holding the button for 8 seconds while it was charging.
Fitbit step counter frozen.
Still my screen is frozen showing only calories burned.

The fitbit is halfway charged currently.
Plug the charging cable into the usb port on your computer or any ul certified usb wall charger.
Charge 2 press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds.
Charge 3 charge 4 press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds.
When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates the tracker restarted.
It won t change the time count steps track heart rate or anything.
