That was some weeks ago and i ve had no other problems since then. Please help trouble shoot. I tried everything suggested by this community but the problem solved itself when i accidentally let the battery run completely flat. If your stairs are exactly 10 feet or a bit under it might not always detect it exactly.

You could try raising your arm over your head at the top of stairs to make it look like another foot or so. To count as a floor it must be at least ten feet elevation change. So i bought the new fitbit charge 2. Whats people lookup in this blog.
