My goal is to have as much fun as possible and provide entertaining videos for everyone. Any nosy neighbours will fall to their doom. Make the floor with tnt and put some carpet on it to look like a normal decorated house. Just build a hole in the floor next to a wall in your house.

Have an iron door as the entrance with a pressure plate to open it. It might be easier to use some sort of command block method for allowing players to fall through a floor. Maybe giving them an item they can hold and if they hold it and sneak and are on the ground it teleports them down 1 5 blocks and plays the enderman teleport sound particles so they have a warp tool of sorts.
